A shrine on the premises of Mitsubishi Paper Mills Kyoto Mill. There are two fox statues (1-chome Kaida, Nagaokakyo City, Kyoto Prefecture).
It was early in the morning with a thin layer of snow. Two foxes who get along well in the factory premises. In mid-January, a security camera captured a fox at the Mitsubishi Paper Mills Kyoto Mill in Kaida 1-chome, Nagaokakyo City, Kyoto Prefecture. It appears from near the shrubbery where the shrine of "Inari-san" is located. [Photo] A fox captured by a security camera. The one on the bottom right is looking around, and the other on the top left is sitting and relaxing. According to the city of Nagaokakyo, there are frequent sightings of foxes in the city, mainly around Nishiyama. Some pranks have been attributed to foxes, such as collecting only one pair of sandals and shoes, but it is rare to be recorded on video in the center. According to the factory, after 5:00 am on January 14th, a security officer approached the shrine to clean it up and saw a fox running away. A colleague said to me, "You must have misunderstood it in a city like this," so I checked the recordings of a security camera installed nearby. "The record is about 50 seconds." Two foxes appeared together in the open space in front of the fence. One of them smells the ground and is vigilant of its surroundings. The other was seen sitting and resting, and reacting startled at the moment a truck passed on the road in front of the factory. Before long, I quickly left behind the factory grounds. In front of the factory shrine, there are two stone statues of foxes that are a little scary. Yasushi Yamamoto, leader of the general affairs group, said, "The two foxes that showed up were a good experience. I hope something good will happen."
