-The attitude of attacking is good.Please tell me the strategy of "Street Record CH".

More than how Mitani strategy was, I started because the TV program I enjoyed was over.Other TV work was done for money.

At first, I thought that even if the "street recording CH" did not make money, I would like to earn about 300,000 yen a month on TV and live with my family.Although it is not a strategy, I thought that if the person who received the interview would make it, it might be registered for about 5 to 10 people, the interview and the surrounding people.If you cover 1000 people, you will be registered to 10,000 to 10,000 from 5,000 people.I was doing such loose calculations.

ー ー Isn't the appearance of Koji Higashino, a 10,000 registrant, is a strategy?

It's not a strategy because I don't know if you can receive Mitani.10,000 registrants are numbers that ordinary entertainers achieve in one day.However, for amateurs, it takes 10,000 people for 4 months and 5 months, so it is a very emo event for those who support me so much and for me who are running.So I took a DM to Koji Higashino.Rather than a strategy, I was lucky if I got a reply.

It is somewhat suspicious that there are people who have committed crimes in the past or have no home in the past because they look like the street record CH at that time!For Mr. Higashino, who is MC on a golden program, there is no merit, there is only risk, and there is no loss, so when he accepted the appearance, he trembled.I was really happy to touch it on the radio.The frontage has spread at a stretch since Higashino's appearance.If I didn't get an offer, I think the current number of registrants would have been about half to one -third, so I wouldn't be able to return it for a lifetime.

-Is it possible to organize the simple history of "Street Record CH"?

Opened in March 2020, 10,000 registrants in August, Higashino appeared in September, and 100,000 registrants in December 20 years.In 2021, 450,000 people were registered, and as of February 2022, about 600,000 registrants.

-You struggled at first, right?

In the early Mitani, no one applied.However, the video time was about 5 to 10 minutes per person.In the early days, homeless people were in series until the return of society and the hairdressers of Batatsu 2.

-When did you quit TV work?

Until the July of Mitani 2020, I was working on a TV for about 300,000 yen a month, and was working on an online program for about 200,000 yen.In August, I saw the profit of "Street Record CH" about 300,000 yen a month.So it would be more fun to focus on "street recording ch".I decided to quit TV work.After that, the income of the free director of TV exceeded.

-Isn't it hard to continue from now on?

Mitani TV work was harder (laughs).If you are a "street recording ch", you can make your own schedule.The advantage is to meet many people.You will get acquainted with young children to the elderly, and your personal connections will expand.I want to do it all the time.

-Is there a time when it was difficult to operate?

It was when I was doing both Mitani work and "street recording ch".In May 2020, it was carried by ambulance.I think it was overworked.I posted on TV work and idol YouTube video, and posted every day on "Street Record CH".At that time, I posted 10 TVs a week and made one TV a month, so I might have made the best video in Japan (laughs).I drank 1 liter coffee every day to avoid sleeping and slept for 2 hours.After overworking, I was in a time when the "street recording CH" was not money, but I tried to hire a part -time job with funding.Compared to that time, it is now easy to operate.

-I would like to ask Mr. Mitani, who has experience, but do you feel the future of the TV industry or the YouTube industry in the future?

I don't think the platform called Mitani TV has a future.If you do not match the channel at a certain time, it is too inconvenient to not see the video, and even if there is a TVer, the missed distribution will disappear in 1-2 weeks.

In that regard, youTube can be seen on your smartphone at any time, and the video that was initially misfired will buzz three months later!There is a possibility on the net, but there is no TV.In that sense, I think that TV has been delayed many laps systematically.

However, from the viewpoint of content, I think that there is a possibility of TV that there is such a program that can create a star, such as "M-1 Grand Prix".There is no national festival content in which such viewers are enthusiastic on YouTube yet, so I think that is one of the light of TV.

From now on, I think the game is how many young people involved in entertainment can create a number of content that they want to come out, and how to throw away radio waves and switch to what they can see anywhere.

After that, I think it would be important to be able to make Z -generation people under the age of 25 into a star content.Right now, I'm just pulling people who have become famous on their own on YouTube.

So, in the future, I feel like similar quizzes, information, and health programs are being culled.As for the content, it costs money, the skills of the performers are high, and I think it is interesting to look at it, but I think it is important to do it because the platform is too bad.

-The TV has also begun to pay for the TV due to the catalona.How is this?

Mitani That's the survival method, the only correct answer.I guess 80,000 on -line live tickets for "Audrey here" (TV Tokyo) were sold.

Mitani: On April 14th (Thursday), we will hold an event to commemorate the 2nd anniversary of "Street Record CH" at Kusatsuki Hall.There are also spectators & distribution tickets.Koji Higashino, Takashi Yoshimura of Heisei Nobushikobushi, and singer Yasuko Omori will appear.This is an event where Higashino, Yoshimura -san, and Omori -san will react to the laughing people who have appeared in the "Street Record CH".I would like the viewers to experience the fact that the top entertainers are seriously nervous and that they will be so interesting.

I don't have a crown program that has been loved for many years, but I want the viewers to experience the ability of the entertainer who has been active at the forefront all the time!

By the way, this is a deficit even if the audience is full, but instead of giving up what they want to do, we chose the way to collect money with crowdfunding!First of all, I would like to make the first success and increase the capacity to 1000 and 2,000.

-Do Mitani doesn't have a program you want to make?

Mitani may be this event.If you could talk from Netflix or Amazon Prime, I would like to do something, but I haven't created a budget type content for a long time, so I can't create such a rich content that major foreign capital is.Maybe (laughs).

I would like to aim for 1 million registrants within 2022 as a channel for Mitani Youtube.I would like to make the next event successful and do it once or twice a year regularly.
