~The road to becoming a pilot is close~
JMRS Co., Ltd. JMRS Co., Ltd. (Shinsuke-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director Shinsuke Chubachi, hereinafter referred to as JMRS), a travel agency specializing in aircraft charters, is FSO Co., Ltd. (Okinawa). With the cooperation of Naoya Tamanaha, Representative Director, Chatan Town, Prefecture (hereafter FSO), we have started offering a pilot training program. Starting with an aviation education program that utilizes chartered tour aircraft as part of the Flying School Series, JMRS has transformed airports, which are usually transit points, into places of learning, and has developed various aviation education programs for schools, including career education. Doing. Most recently, we used the actual airport terminal facility (Miyako Shimojishima Airport Terminal) and experienced aviation ground operations for students aiming to enter the aviation industry at the airport facility with a sense of presence. From December 1, 2021, JMRS will introduce a small aircraft (Cirrus type SR22T) and use it as a learning material. By forming a business alliance with FSO, which conducts pilot training projects with FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) certified flight simulators, we aim to make the path to becoming a pilot a familiar environment for various people, as part of the flying school program. We will newly develop a pilot training business. In addition to the experience in the flight simulator, we will try to create an environment that makes the path to becoming a pilot more familiar by touching a real small aircraft. Also, in the future, we will utilize Shimojishima Airport, which was a sacred place for pilots, and use a real runway to develop a full-fledged pilot training program using actual aircraft. Although aircraft have become much easier to operate than in the past due to modernization, the reality is that the road to becoming a pilot is still considered to be a high threshold. In the future, flying cars, unmanned aircraft, and spacecraft will be developed, and pilot training is an urgent task in Japan, where there are few pilots. We will challenge to increase the number of young people who aim to become pilots through the Sora Tobu Gakusha series. In the Sora Tobu Gakusha series, there are more opportunities to learn remotely and with videos due to school closures and shortened classes due to the corona wreck. I will go as a plan that can have a positive experience. We will continue to challenge ourselves so that the Flying School series can provide new value for future aviation human resource development. * The following is special information limited to media personnel.
