Apple Watch has "GPS model" and "GPS + Cellular model", but if you have enough money, I definitely want to buy the latter.

The GPS + Cellular model requires a monthly usage fee and supports only 3 carriers, but it is possible to use the same phone number as the iPhone. Even if you leave your iPhone at home and go for a walk, you can receive calls on the go if you wear the Apple Watch.

When jogging or walking, you may leave your iPhone at home because it gets in the way, but with the GPS + Cellular model, you can receive calls and talk with the Apple Watch alone.

You can also put Suica, iD, and QUICPay on your Apple Watch, and you can enjoy Apple Music by connecting AirPods. In other words, even if you go for a walk with the Apple Watch alone, you can walk while listening to music, and when you are thirsty, you can buy juice at a convenience store and take a bus or train home.

If it is a GPS + Cellular model, it can be used as a main device instead of an iPhone peripheral. Even if you forget your iPhone at home, you don't have to worry about missing a work call with the Apple Watch.
