That's fair to say. This MV scene is a performance of ballet time realized by a hand-held camera. Ballet time itself caused a topic with the techniques used in the movie Matrix (released in 1999), which was seen in many places at the time. I think it will be more vivid if you can use a hand-held camera to achieve ballet time. I came up with this idea 20 years ago as an assistant, and it was a very difficult technique in equipment at that time. I think this time it's possible thanks to Cinema Line's camera.

I usually work with directors as a cinematographer. There are all kinds of directors, everyone is really great, is a word of respect. The style of photographer and director also set off a craze, but out of respect, I decided not to be a director. However, when SUPER BEAVER lead singer Shibuya, an acquaintance, was officially commissioned by MV, he suddenly remembered the idea of ballet time 20 years ago. This time, there is an intuition that does not match "special" music. So I said to Shibuya, "draw a picture. If you like, I will be a director and photographer." If the direction is different, I recommend the director to let me turn the camera. After that, I like planning, and the director is going to do it.

SUPER BEAVER features live bands. I am also a person attracted by the heat of their concert. This time, putting their taste first is the top priority. The answer is the confusion of 20 FX6/FX3 shots, a kind of Jimmy Mick called handheld exposure time.

Yes, the consistent theme in this shooting is single-shot shooting. A single lens is a photographic technique with a great sense of rock and vitality. Because I also have the lead singer experience of the band, so I intend to have a saying about rock and roll: "this is what I want to rock and roll!" "I made it with this idea (laughter).

Photographers who own FX6/FX3, wear black clothes and wear black masks are the positioning of photographers as well as actors. We made a shaping plan in advance, each numbered 1 to 20, and indicated what to move and shoot according to the song.

This time, the photographer with a photo in hand walked into the painting and switched to the camera lens when he thought, "I'm going to wear it in front of the lead singer again." The beginning is the composition of the photographer's painting that is connected to the next clip. The scene of this lens relay is FX6. The important figures in the implementation of this MV project are the existence of FX6 and FX3. There are two main points. First of all, high-precision autofocus (AF) function. The other is a compact sense of size, which can be photographed even in strenuous exercise. In my usual shooting, if it is a Cinema Line series, I almost always use VENICE, but the project of this MV is very difficult for VENICE. This time, due to the large number of cameras prepared, it was decided to unify 20 cameras in the "Cinema Line" series according to different models. The FX6 is 8 and the FX3 is 12. Both are recorded in S-Log3/S-Gamut3 at 4:2:2 10. Even if the specifications of the record format are different, such as FX6 and FX3, the appearance is quite uniform, so this part is very sense of security. The lens uses a zoom lens SEL1635GM (FE16-35 mm F2.8GM). G Master,AF has the best sensitivity in testing the compatibility between the body and the lens. The first is AF, in short, the accuracy is very high. For example, in a long ball, the depth of the scene, when the photographer walks from the depths of the scene to the front of the scene, the focusing spirit (the focusing professional) requires a high skill to focus continuously. If it is FX6/FX3 's AF, you can easily continue to snap to objects. I have heard rumors from the photographer's friends who said during this MV test: "very good!" "I think. It's great that AF is already working in all directions. I think this leads to this result by quickly mixing the wide range of AF high-density analysis screens. At the same time, through the real-time tracking function, the photographed object can be tracked continuously with high precision. It is surprising to continuously detect the face and pupils in real time, accurately capture the subject's face, and continue to focus even when the face angle is changed as violently as the band. In addition, you can finely set the speed at which the focus moves. This time the AF transition speed is set to be the fastest. Without this feature, it would be impossible to move the camera quickly while keeping all 20 photographers in focus perfectly.

The normal exposure time is precisely aimed at the angle of all the cameras of the object on the circumference. Wait, it took a day as long as it was ready to set up, but it was a rock idea that was done instantly in a concert. No one has ever seen an energetic ballet time. It's got a lot of photographer style. In the actual shooting, we surround the subject with 16 cameras. The design of the stage floor is also combined with the photographer Bamili, which is arranged on the positive circle accordingly. While the camera gang is positioning, everyone aims the zoom lens at 35 mm to adjust the height and angle of the camera. This series of movements were rehearsed the day before, but when it comes to the actual performance, it will not be so smooth. As the lowest line, only the millimeter number of the lens is the same, let them stick to it. I only told the artist the necessary minimum of standing at the center of the circle, and then I played to my heart's content. If the subject deviates from the center, the exposure time cannot be satisfied.

Every time the choice of camera depends on the planner, about 60% choose Sony's VENICE (MPC-3610). Although it is a difficult area to describe in language, the tone is very comfortable. I also like it easy to use. This time, we chose the FX6/FX3 that conforms to the planned configuration. Although RAW and S-Log are different, they feel something in common such as frankness and cinematic tones when using color graded touch. When shooting with multiple cameras with different models, you can rest assured to use it if it is a Cinema Line.

I attach great importance to the atmosphere of the scene from the beginning of the day. The air at the scene feels well reflected on the camera. When you feel the heat there, the photographer will shoot, and the expression of the subject will change obviously. In order to generate this kind of heat, I decided to shoot the song for three and a half minutes with only five shots in one shot. For the first time and the second time, artists and photographers don't know each other's movements, so practice. Filmed the first season as an official performance for the third time. After the break, temporary editing was carried out at the scene and confirmed. The time of holding ballet is the same as the goal, and the feeling of rock and roll is well expressed and felt. In the final fifth race, everyone's voltage was also the best part. Sure enough, this last time is the best, but also full of everyone's energy, completed the soul of the single-shot shooting.
